[WHAT IS THIS]adidas wanted to celebrate culture through music alongside festival season in four cities: Miami, LA, NYC, and Chicago.

A multi-city retail program that connected product to culture at the local level, and gave people a reason to walk through the door.
[HOW]Built a modular program that flexed per market while staying cohesive. Each city got its own archetype, color story, and curated styling collections. The toolkit included influencer seeding kits, in-store customization events, localized survival guides authored by scene DJs, festival starter pack giveaways, and grand prize raffles. Everything designed to position adidas stores as the go-to festival prep destination, rooted in each city’s subculture, not just its calendar.
